Biometric walk in 2weeks before our appointed date.
On May 2nd, I called USCIS and spoke with a tier-2 rep who put in a service request and gave me a reference number to call back in 15 days if they hadn't reply. After the 15 days and nothing from them, I called back and they told me to add 30 more days (I was super frustrated, attempted to make an info pass appointment at our local office in Baltimore but to no avail).
So on June 20th, after my husband read a thread about someone that called a tier-2 and was able to get a service request put in at their local office and subsequent approval a week later; he called and the tier-2 rep he spoke with told him that she will put in a service request at our local field office (our case is already there).
Today, the 24th we got our approval email!:) |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
