Consulate Review: Ghana Review Topic: K1 Visa Event Description Review Date : January 20, 2013 Embassy Review : Denial or AP? We can track the case here: https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=o/iS8zDpeAKjMWCuebHqOw== It says AP but the letter he received at the interview never asked for missing information and said ineligible under 221(g). Honestly we don't know or understand what happened. Hoping to hear something....anything soon. Interviewed January 9. Rating : Very Poor
