11-21: POE SEA-TAC aiport (The best immigration officers!)
11-03: Visa delivered
10-26: Visa issued
10-24: Evidence and explaination submitted with the US embassy
10-13: Visa Denied under section 221g, need further proof of evidence and explaination as to why relationship was started before divorce of fiancee.
Packet -3 was hand delivered to DELHI Embassy on 09/26 at around 3pm by my fiancee, at this time she requested the person at inquiry window if she could get a interview date soon because of her PCC expiring soon, the inquiry person spoke with IV unit and offered interview at any date desired, my fiancee chose 10/13 to allow ample time for paperwork, medical etc etc.
BOTTOM LINE! CALL/VISIT THE EMBASSY, BE INTERACTIVE DONT JUST WAIT FOR THINGS TO HAPPEN AUTOMATICALLY!!!
Best Wishes!
Please pray for us that our interview and rest of the Visa Journey goes well! |

SEA POE experience was the best experience with Immigration officials ever! they were way too nice with EVERY single person in the looong line ahead of us and treated everyone with respect and wished everyone welcome to america!
God bless people such as these! This is what makes America a great country! |

Embassy Review : |
The officer was pre-determined to deny us and did not even have her facts right... was doubting our relationship based on fictional information or information that was perhaps confused with someone elses case. When politely offered the correct information and attempted to bring her attention to the actual information on our case the officer got increasingly rude and arrogant and avoided any eye contact or even looking out of the window. After a few mins of typing and getting annoyed at the computer my wife (then fiancee) was handed a denial letter asking for;
1) Further evidence of relationship, when she did not even looked at any evidence brought to the interview. My wife offered the bags full of photo albums, letters, etc etc evidence, the officer rudely ignored and told my wife to submit the evidence with the letter.
2) Explaination as to why the relationship was started prior to fiance's divorce... when no such question was asked during the interview.
Please do note that our subsequent visit with the embassy's Indian was very pleasent. But due to the behaviour of the interviewing officer, I must give it a "1" rating which in my opinion is still too good. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
