Embassy Review : |
To cut the long description from the security guards at the door to when the interviewing officer called me and my wife for the interview, it was an hour n thirty mins wait for us to be called, the IO led us to his office, swore us in and as a reminder, im adjusting from K-1, IO told me right away that my petition has been approved cus am adjusting from K-1 and that he's just gonna run through the paperwork, funny though but in between he the questions started pouring in... how did we meet? how long did my k-1 process took? how long did we dated before she came to visit me? how long did she spend? then he asked me her full name, DOB, address, my full name, my DOB, if i currently work? he requested to see my pics, marriage cert and he took my I-94. I am one of those who submitted my unexpired DS-3025 and never bothered about the I-693,IO never demanded to see anything else asides my pics and original marriage cert and that was all. He stamped my petition and reminded me to remove conditions in 2 years time. It was easy and nothing to stress about as long as you know each other, just be confident and be able to have unnecessary conversations with them, for those adjusting from k-1, its a done job. Thank you |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
