POE at Anchorage, AL.... Originally thought it was just a layover on her way to JFK... Surprise! Well, no ead stamp given, which was the main reason we routed through JFK. |

Embassy Review : |
Arrived about 30 minutes early. The main entrance to the building was having some construction done that day so everyone was lined up at a side door, outside, in the rain. Once inside, we passed our appointment letter through the window and took a seat. There were probably 40 or 50 seats, almost all were full except the 3 broken chairs. Aproximatly 45 minutes after our scheduled time we were called and followed the interviewing officer to his desk, were sworn in and had a seat. We provided some requested documentation, the officed did not look at any photo's. After some small shcat he seemed satisified and took her I94 from her passport. He told us unfortunatly that there were no fingerprints in her file and he woudl schedule them ASAP. We received a finger print appointment a week later and received approval aproximatly 2 months after the appointment. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
