Consulate Review: Tokyo, Japan Review Topic: K1 Visa Event Description Review Date : November 4, 2014 Embassy Review : This is what my fiance told me her experience was. There were three people involved with the process. There was first a person to take her finger prints. Then there was a person who checked her medical records, police records and affidavit of support. The third person was the person conducting the interview. Some of the questions were... How did we meet? Has she met my family? Have I met her family? Did we use Skype for communication? Then he went on typing some information in the computer and told her she was approved. He did not ask for any of the papers we prepared for proof of relationship, so she offered them to him. He said he did not need to see them and that her answers to his questions were enough. Rating : Very Good
