Local US CIS Office Review: Tampa FL Review Topic: cis_topic Event Description Review Date : September 18, 2012 Embassy Review : My divorce in Nevada was questioned as it's not only the 6 weeks residency requirement that they're looking in but also the intent to stay. This is the reason why we had to go to 2nd interview which happened few days before the 2nd month after the first interview date and the same concern again was brought out in the interview. We sent a letter addressed to the immigration office quoting the divorce law in Nevada requirements coupled by lot of prayers and presto, I was approved after 2 hrs the letter was delivered and on the 2nd working day after the 2nd interview.http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/kicking.gif Harassment Level : Poor
