During our interview, Consul said that my fiance was banned. But the 3rd Filipino officer that hands all the paper back to you said, that seemed like it was a mistake bec My fiance had declined entry on one his trip here in US to visit me back in 2011. So the Filipino officer said he shouldn't be banned bec my fiance didn't violate anything bec he withdraw his entry. All he said was, give me all your documents and passport and give us 3 weeks, I will have Consul review this again and if your visa is approve we'll send your passport with your visa and if denied we'll send your passport back to you. 3 weeks had past and no news. Sept 19, 2012 I called US embassy and DOS, both office told me that our case was under Adminitrative Processing and no time frame. Huh!!
Sept 22, Sat. 2go called to check if he would be avail to recd his visa at the address he requested. It was his office so it is closed on Sat. the guy said they will deliver on Monday. So afraid that it was just a passport and no visa, bec when I called they didn't gave me any info, contrary to what i've read here that when they call to check their status, they we're told if visa is printed and on the way. So i think to myself this is not good.
Monday came, we rec'd the packet.
Thank God!!!!
Passport has a VISA..YAY!!!!! I can relax now...thanks to you all who are so generous in giving advise and sharing all experience. Helps a lot!!! And here's ours!!! |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
