so interview day..i woke up early to prepare and we left the house by 8:30,,interview is 9:00 by then were there at 8:50..we waited only like 10 mins and they called us..so were inside the office with the lady officer..first we both sworn and then asking ; how did we met, where my husband working, if we have kids and married before,,then she ask for the supporting documents like joint account(even we don't have savings but at least both names are shown) rent agreement/receipt, and health insurance.(also joint tax but i forgot to give her).and ask me about the I-485 form..then she congratulate me and explain about the ROC..then she gave me a book guide for new immigrants..and that's it..we shake hands and say thank you..the lady officer is nice..very nice:) |
