Did you expedite your case? or it is the normal processing time? My application is also IN NSC so just wondering how long it gonna take to approve?

No one can tell how long it will take to approve. I was just lucky because I wasn't expecting to be approved so quickly. Good luck on your case.

NSC. you are so Lucky..congratulations on you approval.
did beneficiary had an alien number and put it in file when filed I-130? I saw one other cases who was denied at K1 visa and applied for I-130 spouse and got approved in 127 days.

No, beneficiary didn't have an alien number to be put on file on the i130.
Good luck on your own petition.

Hi and congratulations.
Did you submit an I-129 petition for K3 visa at the same time as your I-130?
Thanks and good luck.
Ivie & Eguagie on 2019-05-20 said:
JulienR, I only submitted the i130, not K3.

Quick question my friend I'm also filing the I-130 for my spouse in Nigeria, please, did the NVC or USCIS or U.S. Embassy in Nigeria ever sent or communicated with your spouse through any mail to his/her home address or was it all emailed to him/her? because my own spouse lived at a house without an address a new site.

USCIS sent a text message(NOA1) and mailed NOA2 to me the petitioner. My husband never received any physical mail from NVC/Embassy. It was all done by E-mail.

The instructions are sent via email - we got ours via email. But I have seen where it was mailed to the beneficiary address at a much later date after they've received the email. Bottomline, look out for it in your email.
Ivie & Eguagie on 2019-08-11 said:
The email will be sent to the beneficiary and the petitioner's email account.

Congratulations to you guys. I filed back in May and have gotten the NOA1. Nebraska has had our petition for 114 days now. Just waiting and praying for the next step to happen soon. I have been to Lagos three times in less than a year and the trips are expensive. My husband and I miss each other but we know by the grace of God , good things will come soon.

Hang in there, your approval is coming soonest.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
