Comments : I've been married 3yrs to my Jamaican husband we got married in august 2009 he went back home to finish school started I 130 process in april of 2010 I submitted all of my information to uscis they sent a letter stating what we need to send it I sent all my financial documentation in everything that they needed they then sent me a letter stating I need a joint sponsor I got a joint sponsor sent my paperwork in february 2011 before the poverty guidelines changed the Nvc then approved our case an sent to us embassy in Jamaica had interview date June 16 2011 was told I needed a joint sponsor that the one I had did not meet guidelines that they were going off 2011 guidelines I don't understand we had a sponsor an she met the guidelines his can they do this?? We are now in 2012 an I'm still fight we had another interview Jan 17 2012 an I thought I mad enuff but wuld nit consider my unemployment as money so now I'm back to square one.
