Mi experiencia fue la siguiente:
Tenia cita a las 8:30 am y llegamos a las 7:00 am tuvimos que pasar a fila 3 como ya muchos saben gracias a visa journey. A las 7:40 am empezaron a dejar ingresar a la gente y en cuanto entramos nos pasaron a ventanilla 29 que es para visas de residente, las demas ventanillas tenian colas de hasta 60 personas, esperamos 10 minutos y despues una se;ora colombiana me pididio unos papeles, abrio el examen medico, lo ordeno todo y me pregunto cuando llevabamos de casados y si mi esposo estaba conmigo, le dije que si entonces en la carpeta puso un sticker q decia PETIONER IS HERE Y me dijo cuando el consul haya revisado su caso la llamaran para q se dirija a una ventanilla, este pendiente! Me sente al frente de cafe iguana esperando que me llamaran, me pare un rato como para caminar y calmar los nervios y a las 8:48 am me llamaron a la ventanilla 4" una consul joven y muy querida, me saludo en espa;ol, sonrio a mi esposo y me dijo Jura decir que todo lo dicho durante el proceso es verdad y le dije si entonces me hizo firmar una hoja, despues me tomo huellas e hizo 3 preguntas
- Como se conocieron?
- Han estado casados anteriormente?
- Tienen hijos?
Despues de las respuestas, me pregunto si tenia oficina de DHL, le dije que si y me dijo Ok, nosotros nos quedamos con su pasaporte. Su visa ha sido aprobada! No me pidio una evidenciam ni el registro migratorio ni nada, Le di las gracias y colgue.
Es un proceso largo y con muchas emociones encontradas pero todo saldra bien si se es paciente.
Consejos:
- Al llegar a la embajada pasen a fila 3
- Sientense por el cafe para estar pendiente de cuando los llame
- Presten mucha atencion a los speakers porque no se entiende casi nada
- Algo abrigado por el frio de Bogota
- Irse a la entrevista en ropa formal pero no muy elegante, ni mucho accesorio, ellos quieren ver como es uno normalmente, no una version mejorada de ti asi que menos es mas, algo formal y con mucha confianza
