The consular never looked at any evidence Amr had with him. Asked a few questions which Amr answered correctly about us. Consular insisted that Amr knew me when married to his first wife(they divorced March 2010) We only began talking March 2011. Consular said I deny the approval based on this feeling. Even after Amr told him I never knew Melissa until a year after my divorce. Entire episode was 3 1/2 minutes. We are deeply saddened and hope no one has to experience this treatment when they go before any consular.Now, we wait as the Consular has stated in email the papers will be sent to USCIS for review and re-adjudication. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-129f was approved in 189 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 364 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.
