Consulate Review: Egypt Review Topic: K1 Visa Event Description Review Date : November 19, 2012 Embassy Review : Hello all my fiance arrived at about 6:50 am. He was the first person in line but walked away for a moment and became the second one in line. The interview was at 7:30. At about that time they let him into the embassy. He was given a number and to to pay the $240 and then the dhl fee. He was given a number and told to wait. His number was called and he went to the first window.He had all of his documents pictures,and evidence in folders. He met a lady and she asked are you married? He replied no fiance she said oh okay have a seat and they will call your number.He was called few minutes later. He went to the window and spoke to an american man.He said good morning and then he asked how many times had his fiancee come to visit him? He answered. He asked what does your fiance's mother do for her profession? He answered.Then he said you are approved expect your passport via dhl in 3 weeks or less. He was shocked and was not able to shoe even one photo or paper. They returned his I-134 papers as they had so much stuff I sent in he had a huge folder of our stuff. He was reading the declaration and asking just those two questions it went really fast. So he scored them a 5 for all. Rating : Very Good
