Done my Interview Oct. 04 2012, Arrive at U.S. Embassy around 6:30 go straight to the boot where they took may DS-Forms to check, stample together.. and tell me to enter the second door., after I enter, guards smiling and asking if i have gadgets I said no I don\'t have \'coz I only bring my papers for the Interview and i did bring a lot hahaha., so go to the next door and the door was so heavy.. that I need to ask the guard how to open it hahaha .. so I open the door successfully.. fall in line and wait for my turn.. I go to window one and the guy asked for my ds-forms with appointment letter and staple my number on it and give me a copy of my lucky no. too, it\'s 6091 and go to the next building, they don\'t tell me which way to go but I\'m just taking my time and looking around reading where is the door for Immigrant Visa.. so I enter the second door and as always guards are smiling and joking with me and telling how heavy my bag is haha.. and I said sorry for giving him hard time putting it inside my bag again he said no problem. I asked the other guard about the Window 37 where I need to drop all my ds-forms together with my appointment letter and there was a girl telling me that she will drop my papers to window 37 for me and so I can sit down, I sit down to non-immigrant section hahah \'coz that where I find vacant sit.. then taking my time to ready all my papers to put on my folder.. then get up and go to immigrant section and find vacant sit.. I saw lots of filipina together with there love ones, I find it so sweet.. heheh, after half hour my lucky no. flashed on the screen and go to Window 40 for finger scanning.. I can\'t hear her well so I need to asked her again which looks like she is annoyed .. I feel so bad.. It just happened that i can\'t hear her that good, the volume is too low, then done with finger scanning and go to middle part of immigrant area..and chit chat with the girl beside me.. I don\'t remember if how long me and melanie wait for filipino screening it is like 2 to 3 hours I think, they completely forgot about us.. \'coz other applicants are already done with their final interview and I know that all numbers are flash randomly.. and I feel bad about this two couple too who waited longer than me for filipino screening.. then embassy employee talk to us asking if we have done finger scanning and filipino screening .. we all said that we are done with finger scanning .. the girl take note of my no. melanie, the guy beside me and the two couple and give that note to the one of the windows and after a minute melani's no. flashed and it don\'t take that long mine flashed too for filipino screening window 38.. first impression \"snobby\" I feel bad \'coz she give me hard time already right after I greet her. and asked me questions;
Petitioner\'s name
My name
My birthday
Petitioner\'s address..(this makes me feel a lil bit odd coz she seems to be confused when I said the recent address of my fiance \'coz he move last april to his new apartment and she got confused and asked me are you sure that\'s his address? I sad yes ma\'am and she was like then what is this address? I was explaining her already that my fiance move to new apartment but same building just diff. apartment no.)
What is my place of birth ( I said Manila, she raised her eyebrow .. lolz and I give her more specific address with the name of the hospital lolz and I think she is satisfied)
If I have kids and how old and if he is gonna follow me..
If I ever been married
If my fiance ever been married and if he have kids
What is my relationship to my petitioner
How we meet and When
If I have work (she asked me this twice and I said I don\'t have)
When we first meet in person
How did he proposed to me and when
When was the last time I saw him
Then asked for Affidavit of support and other supporting docs. they don\'t get my fiance\'s ITR., they just get my fiance\'s W-2, paystubs, I asked if they want his employment letter since it looks like they have issue with the affidavit of support and W-2 and I don\'t know what it is \'coz she close the window and call this one girl and the girl get my fiance w-2 and explaining something to her, then she open the door again and asked for my cenomar, bc, NBI clearance, bpi receipt..,money receipts, I give her this year money receipts and asked her if she need the 2008 to 2011 money receipts too and said no need.. she gave it back to me and ask for the pictures of us together.. then look at it and said go back to my sit and wait for my no. to flash for final interview.
After half hour or more.. i see my lucky number again and go to Window 61.., I saw American guy smiling, greeting me and asking how I am, said I\'m doing great and asked him back.. and I saw him looking at my engagement ring and smiled at me then asked me to raise my right hand and swear.,then ask me the following questions.
Who is my petitioner
How we meet and when
Then asked me what took as so long to file this petition \'coz we know each other since 2008.. ( I said we just wanna take it slow and go with the flow and I don\'t even remember when became a couple \'coz we started as a friend and it just happened)
When he proposed? ( and make a joke saying and that date you remember..? and laugh.. I laugh and said of course!! and we both laugh.
What his employment... ( answer him with complete information)
and ask, so he is so smart huh ?? I said \"super smart\" and we both laugh again.
then he said, so your fiance\'s paper look so good but.. (uh oh there is a \"but\") but then he saw my fiance\'s W-2 and said, ohh ok... ( makes me think that maybe they got confused with the stated annual income on my fiance\'s affidavit of support and the annual income on his W-2 \'coz its diff.)
Then he said ok ma\'am you visa had just been approved and congratulations!! and said thank you twice with teary eye and he said wait for your number to flash again for releasing.. then I walk with a big smile, teary eye.. sit and still smiling like crazy hahha..
...then after a few minutes I heard my name called at window 72.. asking me if I choose pick up in mall of asia 2go branch and asked me if i know where is mall of asia ( he is joking haha) and i was like ofc sir and both laugh.. and he was like ok.. ma\'am off to go .. have a great day .. then I said thank you and go home...
Over all, it\'s a great experience.. i guess .. few of filipino who did the pre-interview needs to be more friendly.. other than that I don\'t have any issues.. goodluck for those members who gonna have their interview soon ... believe that you can make it and be optimistic...
(i just edit it, i got a lot of mistakes)sowwy

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
