Hey, everybody
I had my AOS interview today, and I couldn't believe it. I actually had to get everything in order and make a copies for the original documents and at the end we went to there( Buffalo uscis office) and waited till its our turn, then we been called by the officer and he was a nice Hispanic man. he sworn us and then asked for passports and then he started reviewing the I485 form to make sure all the information was correct, the funny part when he called us we entered the office and he starts to look to my wife's belly and ask are you pregnant we said yeah.he said how many months we said 32 weeks. he said congrats for the baby,at that time i was sweating because i had too much clothes on and in the office i start taking my jacket off   and he looked at me and said just relax everything is looking good is just a matter of seconds to review all forms together and i will approve you    . after that i felt relief and said i am not worried i just sweet a lot normally. anyway he approved us and tooled me that he is ganna sent an order for card production it might take about one week--3weeks. and that was it he didn't ask any questions about any thing related about my marriage or my life or my wife's.
I really wish everybody who is still waiting the best luck and to get their AOS journey done as soon as possible. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
