I was incredibly impressed with the efficiency of the US Embassy in Singapore.
Some take-aways:
Quick turnaround: In my case, there was a minor error on a document I submitted. The embassy staff pointed it out during the interview and even gave me clear instructions on how to fix it. Within a few hours of submitting the corrected document, I received confirmation that my case would be processed further.
Clear communication: The embassy kept me informed throughout the process. They responded promptly to emails and provided updates on the status of my application.
Fast processing: Despite a national holiday in between, my visa was issued within days of submitting the corrected document.
Overall, my experience with the US Embassy in Singapore was exceptional. Their efficient service and clear communication made the entire visa application process much less stressful than I anticipated. |
