Consulate Review: Mumbai, India Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Event Description Review Date : August 17, 2012 Embassy Review : My wife arrived at the consulate at 6.30am! After initial document review, the consular officer asked a few questions about the my(petitioner)work, company name etc. She then asked her about her previous visit to the US and looked at some wedding pictures. After a few simple question, she said that the Visa will be issued and that the passport will be mailed within 5 days. Interview was don by around 9.30am! Overall, it was simple and straightforward. Rating : Very Good
