Visa I am applying for is not listed. I fall into Unmarried child of U.S. citizen over 21, I have to wait for visa number to become avaialble before I can apply to adjust status. Current status is overstay of birth parents visitors visa. (entered country on their passport at age 10, left in the U.S.) |
