Embassy Review : Because I was the only US Citizen with a K-3 wife, we were expressed in the line and was out in not more then 5 minutes.
Harassment Level : Low

Embassy Review : After a lengthy process of missing a letter for interview and being sent to DOJ for removal proceedings this interview went rather well. After a 15 minute wait with paperwork in my computer bag and lawyer by my side, there were very few questions. She just looked perplexed as to why we didn't receive our mail, especially when she handed to us the returned mail.

She also liked that the paperwork was in order, was impressed with the bank accounts and credit cards (photocopies of both cards with different names but same account numbers) and the latest pictures we handed her.

After about 10 minutes, my lawyer and her Bee-Essed for about a few minutes and it was done. No power trips, no drama.
Harassment Level : Very Good

How did the k3 helped you? Uou still waited a year for i130 approval and one year for interview? Was the k3 ever approved before the i-130? Please provide timeline here for the k3? I wonder if it is worth it to apply for k3?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
