I am so excited i cant think straight long enough to do the review yet but it will be coming soon... lets just say the CO told my fiance that he has never seen a K-1 petition like ours :) ...lol. i preloaded it with 15 pounds of paper docs and 175 pics with description next to each pic like a scrap book. they never even asked for 1 single piece of proof or document from my fiance!!! to be honest i believe now and have always believed the first petition you send makes all the difference on the outcome!! they approved us before they even spoke to my fiance really, only asked him a couple simple questions then said hold on so i can get your slip to pick up your visa next week!!!! ahhhhh!! im sooooo excited i cant stop smiling!!!! ON TO SPEND THE REST OF OUR LIFES TOGETHER!! ALL GLORY TO GOD!!!

My baby said that they first just stamped his passport and he had to stop the man and say, wait, arent you suppose to take this envelope? he then said oooh, and took his info and sent him to the right area for immigration to process things correctly. makes me wonder if he didnt say anything what would have happened??? After going to the right area he recieved the I-94 in his passport that he needed. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
