Consulate Review: Islamabad, Pakistan Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Event Description Review Date : January 26, 2012 Embassy Review : Alhamdulillah my husband was approved today. His appointment was at 8:00AM. He said they interviewed him for not more than 5 mins. As soon as he got in they took his fingerprints and medical reports. They also gave him a token to pick up his passport. Later he was called by an American lady to the window. She asked him for 2010 tax returns, my husband gave her 2010 tax return transcripts and my recent pay stubs(10-15). She then asked him general questions about me, like how many times we met after marriage?, how we met, etc then she saw our wedding pictures and pointed to my mom and asked who she was. Then she said Congratulation and that he will receive his visa in 7-10 days. Inshallah he'll get it by next week. Thank you vj members for all this great information. Rating : Very Good
