Got the confirmation of receipt (postal service green card) 10/24/12 and it was stamped that they received my packet in Chicago 10/19/2012
We filed a service request on June 29 and found out they were working on 11/15/12 but our acceptance date of the I-485 was 10/31/12.
Got notice on 7/6/13 that they were working on the case then 7/10/13 that the card is in production so I guess that is an approval! Yay! :D |

Well, we only had a few minutes on the phone because it was hard to hear, but Gerard said he had about 30 minutes of waiting and then 5 minutes with the officer and he was approved! Woohoo! |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
