Embassy Review : K1 Interview in June in Paris.
Embassy difficult to get in touch with for information.
So a few hints that would have been helfpul if I had know in advance ....

You can do walk-in on Friday mornings only but arrive BEFORE 9AM or they do not let you in. You can fax them and they might call you if you put your phone number and answer your questions. You can call 01 43 28 00 86, you may have to call several times they have a tendancy to put you trhu an answering machine but I got an Officer after a few times ........ Insist you need to talk to someone if you have an urgent question.
Otherwise everything OK with the embassy. About 6 weeks for the whole process between packet 3 to Interview.
Embassy is very busy - difficult to hear inside where you have to go so get close to the windows as soon as you go in.
Friendly people I found, once you are allowed to talk with someone !
Visa delivered thru Chronopost (they will ask you to buy one enveloppe in advance in your packet). Allow a few days before you fly, my visa was not delivered but after 4 days (they had problem with the Technology for a few days).
Bonne Chance !
Rating : Moderate

Embassy Review : Went smoothly - The officer only talked to my husband about his work in IBM and how we met ! Once we told him we met at work in Paris he did not ask anymore questions - He only asked me 3 questions ...
If I ever had trouble with immigration
If I had ever been arrested
and if I only had the 2 daughters that I mentionned on my papers (who by the way live in Paris since they are 28y and 30y) that's it
We got approved but PENDING the name check so we did not get the stamp in the passport and had to wait for the name to clear up !
Pretty easy - 20 minutes total ............ no stress at all !
Harassment Level : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
