Hey all,
Thanks to VJ for your incredible help and support during this process!
My fiancee was approved today! I did not go to CDJ.

Day three - interview
Here is what she took to CDJ..

Invitation Letter from CDJ
Appointment Confirmation Letter
ASC CHECKLIST

Invitation Letter from CDJ
Appointment Confirmation Letter
DS 260 receipt with Bar Codes on bottom

DS 156 (2 copies) UNSIGNED
DS 156K (2 copies)
I-134 (me and mom)
Tax Transcript Return (me and co-signer 2008,2009, 2010)
4 recent pay stubs from work (co-signer)
Employment letter (co-signer)
Mexican Birth Certificate (original and photocopy)
My (us citizen) Birth Certificate and passport copy
Co-signer passport copy
2 passport style photos
MRV Fee #
Envelope from Medical with stick from ASC
Proof of on-going relationship (photos, plane tickets, etc...)
Basic comments....
1) Juarez is incredibly dry and windy and my fiancee had bad allergies. (stress could be a factor)
2) Very sad for her to see many old people who have kids in US applying for visas. None had invitation letter. Many unfortunately illiterate.
3) I paid for MRV fee via internet. There was a delay in her interview in order to check payment. She waited quite awhile. A better option may be to pay using a bank in Mexico and take your receipt.
4) Medical will ask women many invasive questions. (about sex, periods, etc...) prepare for this.
5) ASC people incredibly polite and helpful.
6) Interview just like entering an airport.
7) My fiancee stayed at La Quinta and had a good experience.
Like most I will probably not check VJ much now. Please email me with any questions at juventudude@gmail.com .....
Thanks and good luck to all.....

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
