That call never happened, the consulate told us after two weeks, "yes the CO is reviewing the information provided he will call him." No call, emailed the consulate no response. Called DOS was finally informed he was on AP. The CO kept his passport, so after 62 days on AP my husband was called for a second interview and approved. We were happily reunited on 3 Aug 11 in New York City where we saw the city together, grabbed a show before heading to Texas. We are truly enjoying our union. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 210 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 310 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.
