Consulate Review: France Review Topic: Direct Consular Filing Event Description Review Date : April 17, 2006 Embassy Review : If you want to apply for the I130 petition, both the petitioner and the beneficiary have to come to the embassy. They only give 15 tickets to the people waiting in line outside, so knowing the embassy opens at 1:00pm, i would recommand to come at ... 10:30am I swear we arrived i 10:45am and were number 12/13 so even 10:00am would be safer. Then inside you have to wait 3 hours for the whole process (applying, paying, interview) tho the officers are very very nice and helpfull, the interview went smoothly and we even laughed because i met DH on a game server and the officer found that very funny hehe I gave it a 4 out of 5 for the waiting outside in the cold Rating : Good
