I reached the Consulate at 6AM .They started taking us inside the building at 7:30M. We got our token numbers and were screened for contraband articles. No cell phones allowed inside the building .
The we all were made to sit in this big hall where you sit facing the multiple windows where the interviews are conducted. Then when my token number was called out I went to this window and my passport was taken from me. Also the original documents that I had submitted to the NVC were returned to me. I was asked a few questions about my who is the petitioner, what is my mother\'s father name, what does my husband doing?,what am I doing over here?
As I reached early at office,I got the token earlier.I would say, be there by 6:15 or 6:30 so that you are first in line.
My main interview was with this American Visa Officer around 9.30. It lasted for 5-15 minutes.
The Questions:
1) Who is calling u?
2) how did u meet?
3) what is my husband\'s age?
4) What is My age?
5) Where does he stay?
6) Who had sponsored my husband?
7) What is your marriage date?
8) Is FIL & MIL stays with your husband?
9) Have ever tried USA visa previously?
10)Where did u go to your honeymoon?
11) how you do the communication?
12) When did u saw him last time?
13) Show some wedding photos like fera\'s all.......
Madam your visa has been approved!!!!j(\\\\\\\'\\\\\\\')
Then I went to the VFS at 5 PM but i got my passport . I had collected my passport today..
Very good experience..try to give answer as short as possible.. be confident.....

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
