Comments : The interview went well. The consulate was very busy which made the whole process take 3 hours in total. The questions during the interview were simple (what is your daughter's first name?, Do you have a copy of her and her husbands paystubs?, Did you go to the doctors?). My mom got approved promptly but since she went for the medical exams on 2/29 (less then 7 days prior to the interview) the CO didn't have her exams results yet. They still capt her passport and informed that she can no longer use her tourist visa and that the "real approval" will depend on the medical results. If everything goes well she will be receiving her passport back in 2 weeks (3/23/2020 approximately)

Embassy Review : The forms the easiest part of everything for me..in the day of the interview I was so ready..had everything prepared...Was worried about the pre-interview because of the correction of the forms, but everything went very well. I was ready for the talk with the consul and get approved, because everybody told me it was "banana cake", well not for me..It was terrible the consul was rude and very "new at work" he didnt know the interview process, asked me all kinds of questions, saw all the 500 pg I had for the proof of ongoing relationship and in the end told me it wasn't enough and required the presence of my fiance in another interview.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
