Consulate Review: Manila, Philippines
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : September 25, 2011
Embassy Review : Long waiting time inside but well worth the wait. Arrived at the US Embassy at 5:30 and was approved by 11:00am. The Consular did not ask for any of my supporting documents I had with me. I must have had a shocked look because I though he'd look through everything. He was very nice and said not to be nervous. He asked how old I was when I met my fiance. I then read the oath that I will marry my fiance within 90 days of entering the United States and signed the form. Glory to God for His goodness and favor in approving my fiance visa.

Be encouraged others going through the K-1 process! Wait on the LORD and have good courage! Pray in every step of the way and HE will lead and guide you! Think in the end the amazing man you will soon be with!

Make sure everything is organized. Check, double check, even triple check all your papers.

Best to all of you! javascript:emoticon('')

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
