Everything went incredible fast. I arrived at 9.10pm took a while to get in front CBP officers (due to a rush to the bathroom of my 4yo) spoke with CBP at approximately 9:45. Then he took us to the room where there was some people waiting as well. And the delay all of us because of a girl's B2 problem. But when the officer took my papers, I waited 5 minutes, and he told me ok you can go. No questions asked, no "you have 90 days to marry" or something like that. |

Interview went well, it didn't last more than 15 minutes. I arrived early at the USEM, made the line and went inside about 15 minutes after my arrival. Then I waited to pay the fee, and another wait for the consul to interview me. The consul was a very young lady in her mids 20's I guess. All I was asked was for my son's CRBA which I haven't at that time, so they gave me the yellow slip to send a copy when I get it, so now that I have it I will send the copy and receive my visa by mail!! |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
