It was a pretty short interview and the CO indicated that everything was in order and for him to wait 5 to 10 days to hear from them about what to do next. No indication of further documents needed |

Embassy Review : |
My Fiance arrived at the consulate at approximately 8:30 a.m. I had sent him a copy of the entire application I had sent to USCIS. In addition, I also sent him a thick binder which included originals of all of our documents, photographs, receipts etc., my affidavit of support forms, copies of my tax returns, copies of my bank statements, copies of our correspondence to each other, copies of our skype logs, and a stack of photographs of the two of us. He said the staff first called him to the window and asked for all the forms they had listed in packet 3 one by one. They then asked him to wait to meet the CO. The CO he met was very polite and was in a better mood than the other CO he had seen. While he was being interview she asked when we met, when was the last time we had seen each other, whether our parents had met, how we stay in touch, if there are any pictures of us together she didn't ask for much documentary evidence just to see a picture or two. She told him everything looked like it was in order and that he should wait between 5 to 10 days to hear from them. If he didn't then he could email them to inquire. (The form mentioned administrative review-just seems like it is a formality because he is a male from a middle eastern country) |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
