ok, so I am not good at detail as some of you but here we go, lol. Imad arrived at the consulate about 6:30 am an waited at the coffee shop across the road. He stayed there until about 7:30 am and got inline with the other people waiting. He said some people went around and collected there appt letters. He said about 8 am they were allowed to go in. First he said he went into a room where they collected there belongings, like cell phones and things not allowed inside. Then they were put in a large room with about 7 or 8 windows for people to conduct interviews. He said there were a lot of people there. Next he said he sat there for a little while and then they called his name and he went up to drop off his financial things. At first he said he was scared because they told him he didn't have the right papers. Then he told the man at the window, wait because I had sent both I-134 and I-864 just in case. The man said ok and took the I-134. That's the one they needed. Next the man asked him what language he wanted, would he like, arabic, french or english?? He said the man laughed at him and was smiling because answered him in a funny way, ( He really should be a comedian, lol ) anyway, so he said well I don't want arabic because it will make me look a like an A** and I don't want french because it will make me look worse so I will take english. LOL The man said ok and had him sit back down. He had met another man from Tangier and was talking with him. He was also there for a K-1. The only other person besides Imad. So they called the man from Tangier first so Imad saw him walk into a room and close the door. He decided to be smart and move his seat closer to the door so he could hear what was being asked. He said he waited for about 4 hours from start to finish. When Imad went in he said the man had a goatee and he was very nice and polite and they just kept laughing at each other with things they would say. He asked him my name, my b-day and age, where I live. My children and there b-days and ages. Where they went to school. Who my parents were and there ages, where they lived. My ex-husbands name. My brother and his wife, names and ages of there childen. My sister and her husband and if they had children. My job where I work and do I like my job. Who my best friends are. How many times I visited. I think that's pretty much it. This is the strange part, He asked the man if he wanted to see the evidence. The man said nope, we have enough. The other strange part... Imad had looked over the man's desk and he saw lots of pics when I went to visit last April. There were pics of Imad and I with my best friend Adil when we went to Mohammedia. I sent NO EVIDENCE of my 2nd visit at ALL!! Imad said he swears the man took no evidence from him. So where did he get the pics?? hmmmmm?? I am thinking he looked at my FB and took them off there cause I always post my pics of my trips. I just thought it was strange he took NOTHING. Imad didn't even open his binder. The only thing they took was the financial stuff. So it goes to show that they do look at EVERYTHING. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
