I guess when all is said and done, I can say the border patrol officer was cool. She was friendly enough, but she had more questions for me than the C.O. did at my interview. She was very thorough and read almost my entire file before letting me through.
Final destination: San Francisco; took a connecting flight after a 6-hour layover in Hawaii |

Got the RFE letter on April 10, 2014. Sent the response on July 3, which was the deadline. On July 22, I got SMS and email notifications re: an update to the case status. Card is in production! Today, I received the official approval letter in the mail, and my case status was updated to display the USPS tracking number. Estimated date of delivery is on Wednesday, July 31. I'm waiting with bated breath, I'm so excited!!! |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
