Embassy Review : |
My interviewed last Jan. 18, 2012 at Monterey,San Jose is a good experienced.I have my hubby and my 2 kids during the interview.First was oath taking then asking any id ( i gave her my combo card EAD/parole)the interviewer ask me about my birthday, name of my parents and my address, how old are my kids, she ask my hubby when he got divorce, when we meet, how many kids from the previous marriage.Afterwards, she let me to sign the white paper( i forgot whats inside)i just sign it.I bring the listed documents but she never ask any of it.She just ask what inside the compilation and binder so i told her all supported documents and she said ok.She ask my hubby id which is the driver licence and then xerox it( the only thing i forgot to make a copy)I gave her my xerox copy of my id but she already have it.So last thing she ask the naturalization of my hubby she was scanning the files but he cant found the copy so i gave her a copy.(she appreciated me for being organized)The final moment of the interview she gave a white paper stating further review. She explain incase the want something additional informations they just mail us and if there is no problem we just wait for the welcome notice and the green card.
When i checked the status it is APPROVED!!on Jan. 19, 2012 and the same day they send mail for notice of approval and Jan. 25, 2012 they informed that the card will be deliver within 7 days. Then i got the mail today Jan. 27, 2012.
Thank God and all the vj members. It's really a big help.:-) |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
