Consulate Review: Haiti Review Topic: General Review Event Description Review Date : September 6, 2011 Embassy Review : PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT USE DR THEARD FOR YOUR MEDICAL. HE IS A SCAM ARTIST. HE GIVES VACCINATIONS EVEN THOUGH YOU ALREADY HAD THEM AND CHARGES $100 FOR EACH SHOT! HE WILL SEND YOU TO DO A SPUTUM TEST EVEN THOUGH YOUR TB CAME OUT NEGATIVE AND CHARGE $322. SINCE APRIL AND NOW WE ARE IN SEPTEMBER. THEY TOLD MY FIANCE HE NEEDED 1 MORE VACCINATION TO GET THE PAPER, THANK GOD HE HAD PROOF THAT HE HAD THAT VACCINATION. SO NOW HE TOLD MY FIANCEE TO RETURN ON SATURDAY FOR HIS SEALED ENVELOPE AND SAT WHEN HE WENT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID DR THEARD FORGOT TO SIGN IT COME BACK MONDAY. AND NOW TODAY (MONDAY) MY FIANCE GOES TO PICK UP HIS MEDICAL TO BRING TO THE EMBASSY THEY TELL HIM THAT HE WAS MISSING SOME PAPER FROM 3 YEARS AGO. BEFORE WE WERE EVEN TOGETHER!!!!
