Many will wonder why my F2A journey is fast. I have also an EB3 (following-to-join) petition going with F2A. In Oct.2010 was asked by USC/Embassy Manila to update my medical report in anticipation of my EB3 PD being current (EB3 PD 12/2005).I didn't wait for my packet 3 and 4 for my F2A petition and just walked in almost everyday at the USC/Embassy once I was told by NVC that my case was already been forwarded. |
