Embassy Review : Well, we got there at 6:00 cause i didnt want to spent a lot of time in line, i read that if you early anyway you will enter to the building on the same time that those who got late, I got at six, and the line began to move, we were inside, watching tv and talking at seven fifteen they call my name to the window 23 a miss, checked all my papers, the fom ds 156, the form ds 230 that I completed usin my pc by myself i didnt needed to anybody to help me with that, I say that cause when we ask for information about to complete that the people ask you for a lot of money I when to one of that offices to translate my background check to english, he cover me for 1,500 pesos, like 35 dollars, and he said that he can complete the forms for me each one for 1,000 pesos means 105 dollars wich i money I saved cause i did it by myself, so always try to co complete the forms by yoursel guys, not body knows more about you than you, and is is information about, well, the miss in the window asked me for the passport, pictures, forms my birthday certification in english and spanish, my divorce paper in english and in spanish, the pyment of the taxes for the bank popular which are two,the papers of my son but i didnt bring any about him cause he already has the citizenship, my ID, the envelope of the medical exams,the background check in english and in spanish and thats it, so she asked him if he was married and he said yes and she saw it in the file of our process, and she gave us a number and said go back to sit and wait until they call you after some minutes they called me to window 17 and an argentina woman took my finger prints,them she said go back to sit and until we call you then at 9:09 they called us we when to the window nineteen and a blak man asked us to raised the right hand to swear,the he asked me if i have had any problem with the law, and them he asked to him, and them he asked if i have travel to US i said no, he asked him how he got US he said his mom asked for him, and he asked if we chikldren in common we said not and then he said what age are his sons and my son, and aswered, and he said when and how did we meet each other and we said by Dominican cupid in 2008 and he said if he knows another person or has family here in DR besides me, he said not and then he said how many times, have he been here he said six times,then he the CO said show your passport he showed and he said visa approved! sent us with a green piece of cardboard with the letter VI or V1 to Domex we payed 9 dollars, and at nine 10 we were out! and happy! i had a pocket file with a lot of proof that he CO didnt ask to see. Thanks God!!!!!! the must important about this is put always our necessitations and worries in God hands, we always kept praying, and as soon as enter in the to go the embassy we prayed to the Lord! Blesses to everybody!
