Event Description

Embassy Review : The interview went well. I got there really early (7AM) which was not needed because you could only get in at 9.30(30 mins before interview). Security was nice and not overly intrusive. At 10am first 5 were ushered in; I got the 1st number and asked to wait. The numbers were called out of order. I was called in about 30 mins at first window to check in the documents. The guy was super nice. He also asked some questions very off handedly. After making sure all the documents were in order, I was asked to wait and he reassured me that everything was fine. After about 20 mins, I was called for the interview by a lady ( who was also nice but tough and professional ). Asked me questions for about 10 mins and in the end said that I passed and can pickup my passport and visa after 2 days.
Observations:
1) The embassy is efficient and fair.
2) PCC for U.A.E was not required.
3) Only copy of BC was required.
4) Taxes of petitioner was required.

Interview questions: (only one's that I remember and not in order)
1) Who's your petitioner?
2) How many kids does she have? ( she's never been married )
3) What does she do?
4) What do you do?
5) Do you plan to work in U.S?
6) Where does she work?
7) Where does she live?
8) How did you meet and where?
9) When did you meet?
10)When & where did you meet in person?

That's all I can remember but it didn't take more than 10 mins...

Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
