5/24/23 - Sent email to NVCResearch@state.gov asking for update. Included approval date, USCIS #, and attached NOA2 to email. Was informed NVC did not receive petition from USCIS. They also mentioned although NOA2 mentions delay of up to 30 days for cases to be delivered to NVC, current shipping times may be longer. If have not received communication from NVC regarding case within 60 days from NOA2 (6/26/23), contact them again. When NVC receives petition from USCIS and enters into their system, all case parties will be notified and can proceed with processing if a Visa number is immediately available.

Hi,
Our case was sent to the embassy yesterday. I have some questions if you don’t mind answering:
After your case was sent to the embassy, did you fill out ds160 and pay fees?
Did the embassy schedule interview or did you?
Also, was packet 4 sent to petitioner, beneficiary, or to your email?

Hello. Once the petition is sent to the embassy and the status says "Ready", that's when we submitted the ds160 and paid the fees. We started the ds160 before the petition was sent to the embassy but my fiance did not submit it until the status was on Ready.
Everything after the NOA2 was received in an email to the beneficiary. The last physical letter we received in the mail was the NOA2.

Thank you for your reply! Lastly, did you schedule the interview or did the embassy?

My fiance scheduled the interview. After you pay the visa fees, you can't schedule the interview until you receive a confirmation. That will give you guys access to the calendar.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
