Hello I had a question did nvc sent you anything saying they received your petition from uscis? Or did you have to call to find out your nvc case number and invoice?

I had to call several times and finally got the case and invoice number, call the non-immigrant visa line, you’ll get a human in less than 20min

Any updates? Has the consulate received your case or is your case still in transit???

Our case actually became ready 8/24! We’re waiting to receive the instructions. What about you?

Same here my case was ready on the 24th. How long do you think we’ll still wait for the instructions email??
![blank avatar](https://static.visajourney.com/images/blank_avatar.png)
I’ve hear it’s been taking 2 wks to get the instructions and then the interview is typically a month from when we receive the instructions

Hello! Looks like we all have similar dates for the Consulate Recieved date. Do you guys happen to know where we are supposed to upload the required documents? We have completed the application, but we did not see a spot to upload documents (passport, birth certificates, etc.). Any additional helpful information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I’m not exactly sure, but I believe you just take them with you to the consulate. Feel free to ask some of the guys in the March 2022 NVC- K-1 visa for Mexico forum

We got the interview email! It went to the lawyer and not me or my fiancé lol

So when is your interview??
![blank avatar](https://static.visajourney.com/images/blank_avatar.png)
It’s 10/6! I need to update my timeline
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
