Comments : 2/19 Re-applied. Paid fees again. Biometrics re-used.

2/18 USCIS platform is broken.
I applied on the basis of having a green card over 3 years (I got it through work), however I am married to a US citizen.
I applied a month before my 3rd anniversary. Turns out big mistake. I went through and passed my interview, only to be told, I applied 30 days too soon. 90 day advance rule only applies to green card, not marriage. Denied. Need to go through the whole process again, after being strung along for a year and a half. On the positive side, immigration officer was professional and sympathetic, but bound by the bureaucracy.
