Comments : Original filed 10/20/2020. Application returned 1/10//2021 . Called customer service several times as I received no notice during the entire two months. I had both my email and phone number listed for notifications. After calling on December 1 2020 was told to email the lock box facility. Their response was it will take 30 days to follow up. I finally spoke to someone on December 23 2020 and was provided with the case numbers and told package was rejected on Dec 2 2020 it was being returned but not given reason why it was. Used that time to redo packages with additional information. Received the package with the letter on Jan 10
2021.Letter stated Credit Card information not properly completed.I used a money order instead for the new package to avoid all confusion because I don’t know which information was wrong.

HI! I saw that you have already received and done your bio appointment!!! Congratulations! Did you request an expedite processing?

Sorry for the delay in responding couldn’t get into my account. No I did not get an expedite request. Was able to do a walk in appointment , military member. Still waiting on regular processing.

Oh okay, it makes sense now. I would have done it too if my husband had not separated from the army but now as a civilian things are much slower. Good luck for the next steps!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
