Arrived at 2.45 pm (Tuesday) and there was no one else. They processed me in 10 minutes tops. I essentially did my biometrics the SAME day I received my NOA -- less than a week after I filed.) (Note #2: Case filed manually (paper application) but NOA said it was accepted and routed to the USCIS Harrisonburg Storage Center for processing -- which is typically assigned for cases that are filed online.)
