Case forwarded to appropriate US Consulate in Mexico. Mail arrived several days later. June 28th 2024: Received E-mail from the Dept. of State on behalf of the Consulate General of Ciudad Juarez containing Packet 3 in email format. Basically asking my fiancée to fill out form DS-160 which we already have and then wait 2 business days before registering and making the appointment at the Department of State Visa Appointment Service website. July 2nd 2024: Fiancé registered at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/es-mx/iv and applied for K1 Visa. She was given the option to pay the $265 fee online which she did. Then she was able to choose the interview date at ASC. She chose the day before the Consular interview which was already included in Packet 3. At the end she got a confirmation with dates and times for both interviews. Next she needs to obtain her Criminal Record and Medical Exam. | 2024-07-03 | |||||||
