I realized 12 days later after completing our DS-160 on April 6 that we just needed to send the barcode of completed DS-160, documents I'll be bringing for my interview checked off on the list and my passport. *sighs* Update 2: Only got interview email..awaiting P4 email. Update 3. After sending an email I received my P4 with instructions about medical appointment, the day of the interview etc. I received this 6 days after I sent an email asking them for my P4. My medical appointment is June 15th. Update 4: Medical appointment went well with Dr Lyndon Mascarenhas in Toronto, blood work took about 2 hours because I was a walk in, I recommend booking an appointment with Lifelabs (its across the street from his office) 45mins to an hour and a half after your appointment with Dr Lyndon Mascarenhas. He then sent the results over the weekend! Really fast! 2021-07-03

Christi & Eric Canada Nebraska No Montreal, Canada 2004-07-06 2004-07-19 2004-10-20 2004-11-01 2004-11-04 2005-07-01 2005-09-01 2005-11-07 2005-11-20 2005-12-03 2006-02-04 489* 13 93 383 A tip, if you are in Canada, start gathering all your information when you first petition, the reason it took me so long to get my appointment from the time I got the instructons is because it takes FOREVER to get any documentation. It took me a YEAR AND A HALF to get a birth certificate...no lie...its 3-5 months for the RCMP fingerprints to come back, cnat apply for a passport (6 weeks to arrive) without the birth certificate (back to the year and a half thing)....I bet I would have had everything and been married 6 months ago had it not been for the Ontario/Canadian government timeline on getting me my information I needed. Another tip, when they take too long, and you email the PM, he writes back saying he cant do anything for you but miraculously everything happens within a few weeks :) 2011-04-11
