The second RFE (really they wanted us to ask for a waiver under IMBRA) was sent to us really 14th November, but we hadn't received it. After waiting for 60 days (as they advised us to do at the web-site, really they didn't want to talk to us before this time passed over) we began first service request, which was lost - we knew about it when we called a month later. We began second service request and in two weeks, 16th February 2008, we found out about the second RFE we should have answered till 14th December. Since we had known about it, we finally sent that request for waiver. We kept sending three times, two times they sent the documents back. Finally they received them 15 March, for the third time, and finally accepted them - only 8th April. We are finally approved 21 May, after we asked our congeressman for help: in three days after they called to USCIS from congressman's office! Before it nothing hepled. Neither Ombudsman. 2008-11-12
