At the interview, she was told everything was fine, except that because of his name, there would be an additional security check. The officer said they could not tell us anything about the process or about how long it would take. It was extremely frustrating and devastating. Luckily, the wait was only a little more than a month. | 2008-06-22

Evidently she had Pneumonia in the past and it left scars on her lungs. They will test for Tuberculosis. I hear this is very common. We went to hospital for three consecutive days for testing and the results will be available in 2 months. UPDATE: She will get her passport with Visa on 2-2-2016. Almost 1 year!! | 2018-05-17
