Just one more hurdle, Marcelo was born in a Provence so his birth certificate has to be “legalized” through a RENIEC office. It took about a week to get the document then we submitted back to the embassy on Sept 30. Finally Approved the next day after our attorney sent a letter and email to the embassy on December 12. LAX entry was very fast, stamping of Passport/Visa over the counter with just a few questions.Thank you Diego Ross for your YouTube tutorials. | 2024-02-29

Simple questions were asked. Airport check in was a little delayed. First ones in but the last ones to leave the holding area. | 2024-03-14
Jhasmine & D | Philippines | California | No | Manila, Philippines | 2020-06-05 | 2020-06-08 | 2021-02-03 | 2021-03-01 | 2022-04-11 | 2022-04-21 | 2022-06-23 | 2022-06-30 | 2022-11-17 | 2023-12-30 | 748* | 3 | 240 | 505 | Arrived at 4:30am for 6:30am interview time. Way to early. No need to arrive until about 5:30am. Petitioner not allowed into the embassy. Had to leave and go back to hotel at 6:30am and wait for her to come back to hotel. She said the process was smooth. Pre-screening included passport, DS160, IRS Transcript of Petitioner, Affidavit of Support (I-134), 2x2 pics with name written on back, PSA Birth Certificate, NBI, Cenomar. Questions such as what is name, birthdate, had to take of the mask to match the passport photo, asked what is full name of petitioner. Asked for current address, Asked if Petitioner is Single or Divorced. They reviewed the Medical results. Then Pre-screening was over and had to do fingerprints. Then had to sit and wait for your name to be called. Then sent to Window 62 and asked for Passport. Then had to remove mask again to verify indentity. Was asked full name and birthday again. Had to raise right hand to give some kind of oath. Then the consular asked: How we met?, Are you aware that your petitioner has filed for another woman before?, Then asked if the K1 applicant has kids with the petitioner? Then asked how many time s the petitioner had visited her? Then asked why the petitioner had been to the Philippines so many times? (Petitioner owns a business here in Philippines was the answer). Then the consular said congratulations and said we would get the passport in 1-2 weeks from LBC. Then told that we need to get our CFO so that we can depart to the US. Total time from entering embassy until leaving embassy was 2 hours. Medical was difficult part at St Luke because she said it required so many processes and waiting periods, which takes all day. She had to go back to St Luke the 2nd day to get the immunizations and get the Medical result in a sealed envelope. She said that she felt lucky because her interview seemed easy compared to the questions she was hearing in the interviews at other windows. They never asked to see proof of relationship because we live together in my condo in Pampanga and we had been together for such a long period of time waiting during the pandemic period. | 2024-02-15
