I601 waiver and this was approved on the 3/6/2014' had to take second medical as this had run out,but finally found out on the 23/6/14 my visa is being issued and being sent by Friday 27/6/14... What a journey this has been... If you have been denied because of cimt and it is over 15 years ago and it was not a serious offence then file for a i601 waiver but make sure you hire I good U.S attorney who specialises in waivers...
